QuestionQUESTION: Hi,
i wanted to know how big a tank would i need for a pair of cockatoo cichlids/apistogramma cacatuoids?
ANSWER: Hi Brendon,
You could breed a pair of Apistogramma cacutoides in a 10 gallon tank, although a 15 gallon would be better.

QUESTION: How about if i wanted a harem so like 1 male and 2 females?
And if i had a harem will they bother my two bristlenoses?
AnswerHi Brendon,
In that case I would go to a 15 or a 20 gallon long tank.
Any cichlid is going to bother catfish to some extent, particularly if the catfish do not have sufficient hiding places.
