stocking options

I have a 26 gallon tank i was wondering if i put 1 red tail shark,with six or seven mollies and maybe some sort of catfish would this be overcrowded

Hi Bob,
A red tail shark should always be kept alone.  He is aggressive, intolerant, and as he gets bigger can terrorize a tank. He is a beautiful fish, but should be kept alone.
Six mollies, and 4 little cory cat fish would be nice in your tank.  If you would rather have one catfish, the talking catfish is very peaceful, and a pretty fish.
