whats the best food to feed cichlids and whats good to bring out there colors?

I feed TetraMin flake food to my cichlids. Large cichlids get TetraCichlid sticks. I have a lot of tanks (140) so I need a food that is reliable and I have used the Tetra products for two decades. Other foods may be just as good. I never use "color enhancing" foods. These contain overdoses of things like carotenoids which can harm your fish in the long term.

The best way to bring out their colors is by providing lots of clean water. When the fish are healthy, they will want to breed. It is breeding that brings out their colors more than anything.
