Ick and bettas

Question
I have a ten gallon tank with a heater and filter. I have four female bettas in the
tank. They get along pretty well. They had ick. I used quick cure for fourteen
days now. I noticed two of the four bettas have white spots of their eyes. Is this
ick? Or something else completely? How do I get rid of it?

The white spots on the eyes are indeed still ick. Try the antibiotic, Aquarisol. It works like a charm on bettas. After they are healed, you should put one teaspoon of aquarium salt in your tank every week. Raise the temperature up to 85 degrees while they are on medication. The parasites are sensitive to heat.
