cichlid oscars

i have two new jevy oscars and my tiger one has stopped eating and has had long white poo hanging out and seems off balance he has done it twice in the last couple of days now my white one is good swimming around and eating good im feeding them pellets my tank is 4ft. it used to swim around alot and eat good

Hi Matt,
 I have never heard of a "jevy" oscar. In any case, white stringy feces are a very bad sign. They tell us that your oscar has intestinal parasites.  If he is still eating, you might try feeding him with thawed frozen peas. This has a way of clearing out the digestive tract.  It is also essential that you increase your water changes. You need to be changing 25% of the water in the tank once a week, EVERY week. Oscars are particularly sensitive to poor water conditions.
