Rainbow Shark future issue?

Question
I just bought a Rainbow shark (or Red finned shark) yesterday.  It's only about 1 1/2" - 2" long perhaps.

He's in a 29 gallon with black skirt tetras, rosy barbs, zebra danios.

Will things be fine or should I take it back to the store before their 14 day guarantee is up?  They will take fish back up to 2 wks. I don't want this shark one day attacking OR harrassing my other fish who've been peacefully living in their home.

Thanks,
Paula

Answer
Paula, I found your original question. I would recommend that shark in a semi aggressive tank. It should be with tiger barb's and gourami's for example. They can be bullie's as they grow. If you do set up a semi-aggressive tank and want to add him like I said they are delicate and I would acclimate him to your water abit differently than the others. Ask for extra water when you get him and put him in a tall pitcher so he can't jump out and add about a 1/4 cup of your water to his every 20 minute's over about an hour than net him out into your tank. This will ensure that you don't lose another one later. Good Luck, Tina
