Catfish fingerlings production

Question
Am a breeder of catfish claria gariepinus using well water 120ft deep. Wen i changed to borehole water 200 ft deep all the fries die at 3 wks, expert said d ph was low and water was too soft. These were corrected using soda ash and CaCl2 but the fries stll die at 3 wks. The nitrite nd ammonium levels were ok except magnesium dat was low. Ron, pls help me

 I'm sorry but I have no experience raising those catfish, nor with well or borehold water, so I can't really offer any suggestions.
