Question
yes i need to know step by step on how to breed zebra finches

Answer
Step by step? Well I'll tell you what I can but Zebra breeding isn't my area of expertise but I will try.
First of all, you can't force them to court, if they don't like eachother then they don't like eachother but here are signs that they will be doing when they are ready to breed:
1. The pair will pull at strings and plant leaves they can reach. If they can not, they will use their own feathers and seed husks. When this happens, supply them a good sturdy nest (finches seem to prefer the covered nests over the half ones). Place the nest in the highest corner possible opposite of the food dish but close to the perch they are most often on.
2. During nest building, pair will cuddle in the nest together for the night. When the pair accept the nest, provide them with lots of nesting material (no string or cotton. Preferably strips of burlap, tissue paper, newspaper, ect). The nesting material should be only a few inches long.

You will know you have eggs when the male is on top of the nest and the female is inside.
