Baby parakeets

Hello could you tell me I have a pair of parakeets male is bright green normal and female olive green. They have 3 chicks that just got their feathers and they are all yellow no stripes. Will they stay this color? they also seem to have red eyes.Thanks Gail

Yes Gail, they will stay this color. They will probably get darker as they age though, but for the most part this will be their basic color.
The lines will show up as they get older. (that is an old secret to telling a birds age, see how many lines they have on their heads)
And I had a bird with red eyes once. It's perfectly normal, if not a little creepy. ^^
