Breeding and Taming

Hello I have a question about breeding and taming. I have two parakeets one male and one female. The male one seems like he wants to mate and keeps on pecking the female because she doesn't want to mate with him. Should I separate them or should I just try to tame my male. The male has been biting alot. Can you give me some tips and websites to stop the biting. I've been wanting to breed my birds should I let them breed or should I get another pair.

Nibbling is pretty common during courting.  If the female is unwilling, try putting in a nest box.  They often won't want to breed unless they have a place to nest.  I would try that first, and see if they start mating before giving up on them and trying a new pair.
