my budgie tried to jump of a perch and fell onto the floor trying to get up she ended upon her back she was flapping hard but couldnt get up. Before this she had been huffing and was looking  very big she was ebtn forward with her rump sticking out. i picked her up and she was excreting some liquid onto my hand. She was very weak but kept giving random bursts of energy her toes ahad curled up. Plz Plz help me i dont know whats going on as this is my first budgie iv had had her over a yaer and nothing like this ahs happened before. howewver we hav also recently maybe a couple months ago put in another budgie with her who i believe is male. So could she be giving birth ? And if so what can i do to help / i ahv a nesting box which i had 2 put her in as she did not have the strength to do so herself plz plz help asap

You really need to get her to a vet.  She may be egg bound.  This is a serious condition that is fatal if untreated.  Call an avian vet and tell them that it is an emergency and you need to get her taken in to help get the egg to pass.  Meanwhile, there is not much you can do.  Take some vegetable or mineral oil and put it on her vent (the opening of her rump).  Then put her in her cage in the bathroom and run a very hot shower.  The heat and humidity may make it easier for the egg to pass and this can sometimes get a difficult egg to come out, but I can't guarantee it and you really need to take her to a vet to make sure that she's alright.
