hand raised parakeets in Oregon

Where can I find hand raised parakeets in Portland? I got a bird at petco a month ago. I would like to get her a friend but I'm hoping to get one that is tame already to help her feel more comfortable. She will step up sometimes.

I'm not quite sure, as I live in Kansas, but you could probably check the phone book and ask around at your vet's office. If you really want a hand-raised bird then you could probably buy one online and have it sent to you. I myself have sent a bird to buyers. I've personally never had any trouble sending birds to people.
