BUDGIES MATING

Hi I have two budgies male and female the female is white and blue the male is those normal green ones they always sit togeter all the time the male puts his foot up and the female puts her head under his foot.Its really weird is it mating the male always eats first then the female waits about 5 seconds and the the female eats the female always cleans her fear and the male helps her and then the female helps him clean his fear they rubb there heads togeter and sometimes the make loud noises.
how much will it coast what do i do what type of should i buy what do i buy and all other important stuff?

This could be mating behavior.  If you want them to breed, it's really pretty simple, you just have to make sure you give them all they need.

Make sure there is a cuttlebone in the cage so the female can replace the calcium she loses from the eggs.

You will need at least 2 nest boxes.  Wood is best.  Do not use plastic, they can sometimes pick at it and eat it and it may make them sick.  Plus, it can cause splayed leg more frequently than wooden boxes.

You may also want to buy a seed with plenty of vitamins in it.  It shouldn't be too expensive, about $1 per pound.

They will pretty much breed on their own.  All the supplies should cost $20 or less, depending on where you buy it.
