strang behaviour of my cockatiel

some times during the month my 1yr old albino cockatiel starts acting strange. she will horizontally straighten her back and and will start almost quivering and making these odd cherpin noises.it is as if she is trying to release something. can you tell me what she is doing. thanks

My female cockatiel used to do this it is the females breeding behavier...she is telling trying to tell any male coaktiel around(even if there arent any) that they can mate her now, the male sits atop the female in the orizonial posion for mating.
