ouestion related to one month old bird

hi,
  this is antima.i have a baby dove.it of one month before some time its growth was very good but from four to five days its condition is not that much healthy .he do loose motion,his legs are not working properly ,even growth become so slow even small white colour flammatory swelling (pimple) are formed on its legs and mouth.pls give reply as soon as possible.....

Hello Antima and thank you for your post.
The first thing that should be done is to take this baby into a Certified Avian or Exotic Animal Vet right away for an examination.  The "small white color falmmitory swelling" indicates that there may be an infection in the bird, and the only way to treat this is with antibiotics.
