Parakeet wont come out of cage

Question
How do I get my parakeet to come out of his cage?  My parakeet does come onto my finger, however, when I try to take him out, he goes back to his perch and then wont't go back on my finger.  Any suggestions?

I force train my parent raised birds taking them out in a light towle three times daily for ten minutes each time and letting them sit on your finger or arm while you pet them taming goes quickly this way I have enver tamed a bird using the method your trying....ever.
