Ring neck Doves taming

Question
I Have Two Ringneck doves and i need help in taming them. and while taming is it good to Clip wings? I Really need help if you can't help can you refer me to someone who Can?

Hello Marc.  Thank you for your post.
Unfortunately, I haven't had very much experience with doves, but one of our other Experts, Crys Meatyard might be able to help you with this question.  He is very knowledgeable, and he would probably be the one to ask.  I have checked out several of his posts, and I am learning a lot from him myself.

I really wish that I could tell you what to do, but I mainly deal with parrots of different breeds, and I've had a couple of pigeons in my home.  The only real experience with doves that I've had was a long time ago, and I had to take a friend's dove into the vets for a broken wing.

I wish that I could be of more help to you, but this is really out of my expertise and I don't want to tell you something that is wrong.
