crying 11 week old cockatiel

Hi, Tara
  my 11 week old baby cockatiel, named Monkey,only crys around me. She's very loveable when she see me all she dose is cry. I do feed her 3 times a day. She eats great,very playful but so needed. help please am I doing something wrong or am i missing something?

is she crying only when your In the room and not paying her attention?  all handfed loving parrots will do this she is just saying hey I'm over here come play with me...I want to be working on the computer too ect ect. handfed parrtos need alot of attention to be happy.
