i get his wing clipped?:(

Answer
Hello,
When you find a bird outside, chances are it belongs to someone else. What I would do is take a picture of the cockatiel, and post signs saying, COCKATIEL FOUND. Anything like that, because if you lost your pet, wouldn't you want him back? If no one claims the bird you should take the bird to the vet to get his/her wings clipped. My cockatiel does the same thing, the weird thing he does with his head is probably head bobbing, hissing, or some sort of aggression. Cockatiels usually do this to get what they want, like saying, NO, DON'T PUT ME DOWN. I would clip the bird's wings, take the bird to your local vet to have this done. But keep signs posted for at least 7 days before you decide to keep the bird for good. If someone does claim the bird, make sure its the right owner! Ask questions! Also, do you know what to feed the bird? I would suggest feeding these products to the bird.

and a variety of fruits and veggies. BUT NO CHOCOLATE, JUNK FOOD, OR AVOCADOS**

Hope this helps. If you wouldn't mind replying? I do care about how it works out with the bird. ;)
