horse legs never grow hello, my dad always says that a horse legs never grows. he meant, the foal's leg height is same as that of the horse leg height. from birth to death, their legs never grow. although the muscle in the leg and size would surely develop. is my dad correct?

They do grow longer, but of course the proportions are not as evident as a foal is born with legs quite long....looking a bit out of proportion so he can run from enemies soon after birth.

It was easy for your father to make this minor mistake....the legs are on a young horse certainly look so very long.
