hello ma'am, i dont believe that this is a snorting sound made up a horse. i think this horse is suffering from heaves or it is tired out of galloping. am i right?

No, the horse is all right.

In galloping,  the movement of the horse, (ribs, diaphragm), aid the horse is getting enough air in and out of his lungs by naturally causing an expansion and contraction.

It actually helps the horse get enough oxygen to maintain the pace.Thoroughbred trainers "breeze" the horse to build up endurance and improve respiration and recovery to normal respiration and pulse levels.

However, in some countries illegally or legally they do a unethical thing...they give the horse a drug called Lasix which can aid the horse in endurance but can cause permanent damage and bleeding in their lungs.
