QuestionHow old are horses when you can no longer see their belly buttons?
AnswerDesire'
I had to ask a few questions about this one myself, and look up some info, but what I came up with was that if your foal had an uneventful birth, and everything went normal than their umbelical stump should pretty well be gone by the time they are 3-4 months old. However if you could explain to me what the situation is with your little one, I might better be able to help you decide if your foals belly button is normal or herniated.
I hope this helps, please let me know if I can answer any other questions.
