how do i train my horse to rear, but only when i want her to, so she wont do it on her own in a show or riding unless i tell her to?

This is something to be done by a professional trainer who knows how to train trick horses.  I wouldn't attempt it and I'm sure I have a lot more training experience than you do.  I don't even know where to start in all honesty.  It's something that needs to be done correctly and for that you need someone who really knows how to do it.
