Questioni have had my turtle for about 8 months i got him from a fresh water pond were i work. i found him in the middle of the road and he was just a little thing and he has been doing just fine in a 100 gallon tank with another smaller turtle and feeder fish and just recently he has 2 white spots on his back and a lump on the side of his neck but there is nothing wrong with the smaller one please help me find out what is wrong with him.

White spots on the shell can be pretty normal- air bubbles under the shell, much like you can get on your fingernail. However, if there are a lot of them, they are filled with fluid, they are growing, or start to show another color then it can be a form of shell rot.
The lump on the neck is more worrisome. It could easily be an abscess- a pocket of infection and pus. It usually takes a vet's care to clear up the infections involved.
