Answer
Once again...you did not answer my questions from the last answer, about whether you had a UVB light, what you basking temps are, and whether these are wild captured turtles.

Please do not give me an excuse about moving and not knowing where the vets are. You do have the internet apparently where you are...and telephones too I assume?

I did not advise you to set turtles out on a balcony. I told you that your water needed to be heated i.e., an appropriate tank heater...but for that, you need an appropriately sized tank first.

All this makes little difference however if these are wild captured turtles. If they are, then they need to be released where they were caught, or in another suitable location. You do not have the equipment, nor experience it seems, nor the desire to find a veterinarian...and so I think you will continue to kill turtles, and I do not think that helping you to keep them alive longer is a good thing for the turtles to suffer. Red Eared Sliders that do not eat are usually wild captured, and I expect them to die in your hands. They need to be set free if you live in their native territory ( US ), or given up to someone with more turtle experience. I assume you are overseas due to the metric units however.

I have given you many resource links before to read, yet you are back here asking basic questions again. I feel sorry for these turtles.

Try seaweed, anacharis, duckweed, small crickets, or small worms. Get a bigger tank, and UVB light, and keep away from them and out of sight of people so they won't stress. If that doesn't work, then I don't know what to tell you except let them go or give them up before you kill these too.
