baby turtle swollen feet

My baby turtles feet are swollen. They look like they are full of pus. I have had them for about a year and they have never had this problem. I recently moved and transported then in another tank.

Swollen legs are usually a sign of blood infections- which really needs a vet's care soon. I wish I had better news or some home care ideas.
