my pet turtle is not eating!

my pet turtle is not eating, i feed him pellets and sometimes lettuce. i put in to baby guppies to see what he would do, he ate them and around that time is when he stopped eating.
he has had an injury, he lost his toe jumping off a rock.

Hello, fish are very filling compared to pellets and lettuce. If he ate two fish one day then you won't need to feed him again for a few days.

That and now that he has tasted MEAT he really doesn't care about pellets or lettuce. I don't blame him, why don't you try for some more variety and other meat items.

Bloodworms
Earthworms
Krill
Crickets

just to list a few.

And keep trying to feed him his usuall.
