Terapin

I own a male terapin,but recently after i left it at home in care of my maid who usually take care of him and went overseas for a week.After i came back,i found it rather inactive like it usually is-always closing its eyes to sleep.I wonder if it is sick? Please fill me in

I need more information to help.  What species is your turtle, and how old/big?  Can you tell me more about how you keep him--tank size, filter, temperature of water and basking area, type of basking/UVB light, and diet.  Generally inactivity such as you describe is due to being too cold or warm, illness, or husbandry problems.  It may be pretty easy to fix.  Please post back and I'll do what I can to help.
