closed eye

hi
i really don't know much about turtles,but i have 2 of them anyway they are from Egypt i don't know their species.
the main question is that one of them has a closed eye i don't know if it is closed or injured and i don't know how 2 deal with it could i wash its eye or just leave it like this

A single closed eye is often due to an injury, but usually indicates some sort of an infection.

If you could tell me the species, I could give you better advice, but in general we would...
- make sure the habitat is very clean
- boost temps about 5 more degrees
- make sure the diet is proper (vitamin A deficiency is often a problem), and
- leave them alone as much as possible to reduce stress.
