I fouund my lepoard tortoise upside down under the heat lamp

I have no idea if he was like that for 2 hours or 24 i was gone for a day. he is not eating and very slow. when i found him his belly was very warm. his shell is also soft kind of squeezable. one day ago it was like a rock what can I do

A lot of this depends on the size of the tortoise, and what exactly happened.

In general, if he is acting OK, he is probably OK.
