Question
hi i have 2 male sugar gliders and i was wondering how much you usually sell for vitamins the sugar gliders and cages cause i am getting rid of mine please answer this SOON

Answer
Dear Ashton,

I am so sorry you have to give them up, why do you have to get rid of them?  I understand if there is some sort of health problem you have that you can no longer take care of them.  I try to discourage giving up your gliders for the wrong reasons.  I prefer to help people overcome the issue that is causing them to give up their glider.

It is always very sad when sugar gliders have go through change such as being separated from their bonded humans.  They can suffer stress just from moving the location of their cages.  Stress reactions range from losing hair to chewing parts of their bodies off (usually their tail).  I would encourage you to think of what is best for your gliders and concentrate on finding a loving home for them rather than how much you can get for them.

In answer to your question, I don't sell sugar gliders.  I am a rescuer of sugar gliders that need loving homes.  I don't sell them, but I charge an adoption fee of $75 per glider which includes their cage, pouch, water bottle and toys.  I charge an adoption fee for two reasons -- 1. to stay away from youngsters who don't know what they're getting into so they don't become rescues again, and 2. so they don't become snake food.

I hope this helps you find a good, loving home for your pets.
