Here is a great site about Rosies.  Be sure to copy and paste the address into your browser.  Also...they shed their skin about once a month when they are young and less frequently when they are older.  You will notice that their eyes take on a "bluish/whitish" color a week before they shed and they won't want to eat.  Here is the site:
