Question
QUESTION: Hi,

I just want to know if is safe to have a boa in a childcare is a pet??

Thanks

ANSWER: Hello Marvalia,

Is it a python or boa? Ball Pythons are just fine. Corn snakes, milk snakes and many others are fine as well. Are these people taking the snake out while children are there?

As long as the kids can not get to the snake it is perfectly safe.

Do nor worry...

Hope this helps.

QUESTION: The snake is a phyton and the kids actually played with her, of course with the teacher supervision

Answer
Hi Marvelia,

I am sorry about the time it took to respond to you reply. I thought I had.

It is ok then and even good for the kids. It helps them to build respect for animals and even helps downsize the amount of people afraid of snakes.
