bearded dragon has lumps in her belly.

HI my name is Heather, i've had my bearded dragon for almost 2 months now and have recently noticed that she has lumps in her stomach. she has been sleeping now for about a week and woke up today my friend has a male beardie and my beardie was bobbing her head and her beard turned black and she was bitting him he is also only a year but we just wanted to see what they would do. So first of all is that normal? and second of all i heard that beardies can lay infertile eggs? and if so how long does it take them to lay them? she has been diggin in her house for a little while nothing major she has just dug down to the glass in her house and pushed all the sand to the side. does this mean she wants to lay eggs? help please!
