my savannah monitor

my monitor seems very sluggish he is not really active, sleeps all the time feed him a pinkie a few days ago and he threw it up a day later he is really thin

Vet time!  Sluggish, puking, thin = parasitic infection would be my guess.  I believe the vet will do a fecal float test (bring in fresh poop if you have any) and then he can recommend a course of action from there.  Nothing you can do from home really.
