fire belly toad

HI- my son has had two fire belly toads for almost two years.  One seems to be sick.  Its eating fine (not sure if defecating) but looks bloated by its belly and now a little bit below its mouth.   Strangest thing, every night, the toad has something coming out of his anus and its white. It never comes out just swells out.  During the day it really just sits but is in the water or ground area.  The second fire belly toad has always seems to squeeze this frog so the frog looks like it has a hurt when it hops.  Just want to help this toad.  Please help.

The squeezing you're describing sounds like a dominance issue I would create another enclosure and separate the two as the other might be injured.  As far as what maybe coming out of the anus I would have to recommend that he see a vet as this maybe a prolapse of some kind.
