red ear slider worms india

i have a red ear slider measuring 1.5 to 2 inches and is not eating... I'm based in India and i brought him home 25 days back.. today i saw 4 worms measuring 0.4mm in length ....please tell me how to get him alright...

Oh no, he has tape worms?
You can get some panacur to deworm him.  I can help with dosing if you need.  Can you get some panacur from a local feed store or from a vet?
That would be why he is not eating, as they are making him ill & competing for food in his GI tract.
