Adopted a Green Anole and found problems a week later

My fiancee and I adopted a green anole and now about a week and a half later he has these weird spots on him like clearish purplish spots that look possibly tumorous<sp?> we are both concerned and wonder what this could be.  He has one on the hip area of his rear left leg and one on the shoulder area of the upper right as well as one on his right side near the ribs and stomach that we believe might be pertruding

Hello Chris, take the little guy to the vet, he most likely needs medical attention. I have not researched anything about this and can not tell you what it is or what to do about it except that a vet visit should be done soon.
