lizard looing toes need help please!

Why is my bearded dragon losing his toes off of one foot?

Hello Zack,

Are you housing him with another dragon?  
Do you provide UVB lighting for him?  If so, is it a flourescent tube bulb or a compact or coil light?
Are you keeping crickets in the tank with him that could be biting him?
Can you post a picture of him?
