Whites Tree Frog

Question
We were given a Whites Tree fog about a year ago.  He tends to keep a green/turquoise pigment.  WE recently hit rough times and his lamp went out and was not able to be replaced for a couple of weeks. I must admit amongst all the drama he was not being misted regularly as he was.  I got his lamp replaced and I noticed his pigment is 'off'  He has what looks like grey pigmented skin in the middle of his back.  He is eating well, not acting lethargic at all and not exhibiting any unusual behavior.  My first concern was Spring disease but he doesn't seem to fit what little description I can find for that.  My next thought was dehydration.  I have completely cleaned out his cage and been misting him 3-4 times a day.  Making sure his water bowl is clean and filled with non-chlorinated water.  I just don't know what else to do for him or what this could be.  WE have no idea how old he is other than he has been in our care a year and the previous owners for 2 years.  Any advice you may have would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
OK Spring Disease was a new one on me but I think your right it doesn't fit.  It could be too that its a piece of unshed skin.  Unless he starts to exhibit other signs of stress I wouldn't worry.  Other than what you're already doing I can't think of anything else to do.  If more symptoms or new ones show up please feel free to email here or at my site and I will do my best to help you out.
