Question
my female betty boo is 18 months old.this afternoon i went to feed my dragons (i have two other females and a male)and she didn't seem to wake for her food , she usely does i was a bit concerned at this pint, so i sprayed the viv and beardys with water ,she love this but she still didn't do much. i got her out and she was very lethargic ,i gave her a luke warm bath and she still wasn't opening her eyes(i could see her breathing) i decided to put her back and i watched her she was ok (breathing)for about another hour then she gasped and now i cant see her breathing. its uncanny because she has eggs in the incubator and they are overdue but the first egg of 24 has hatched today too. my question is can you see bearded dragon breath when they are in brumation.

Answer
Your Beardie is not in brumation unless you keep her in a refrigerator. That gasp is the final gasp before death. She may have died from being egg bound, especially if she was less than 2 years old, and that is why such things should be checked by experienced people, and why people should research animals more carefully before keeping and breeding. If she had been gotten to a week or so earlier, she probably would have made it.

I am sorry for your loss. But, if you have more dragons, please take care of them by going to the websites below and doing some more research. There is much more to know about keeping Bearded Dragons than people think.
