Thank you, I will try getting the new UVB light, and a a light for the other side of the tank.  She is still doing the same, do you think that she could be going threw brumation? and if so how long can it last?

Hello Melisa,
Well, if she is trying to go through brumation, I would not let her go in quite yet.  Let's make sure that she is healthy & doesn't have any health problems or is low in calcium before you let her go in to sleep.  
Do try getting the new UVB light & brighten up the tank some & see what happens with her behavior.  She probably needs the boost in calcium absorption with the new UVB light.
