breeding bearded dragons

hi, i have started to breed my bearded dragons and i am in the right season i know what i should know and have everything, they both show signs of wanting to mate and my male has tryed and tryed. they are both the correct age but my female simply wont mate with him. And the season will end soon

How old is your male & your female?  
Unfortunately, there is no easy answer for why she wont mate.  It happens sometimes.  Does she show any aggressive behavior towards him as if she doesn't like him?  
What does she do, not allow him to be near her, or what other types of behavior is she exhibiting?
Actually, here in the US, breeding season technically should not begin until the spring.
