my snake wont eat

here a pic of my snake my red tail boa has not ate in 4 week it is the first time this has happened and this is my first snake. well i dont know if this help but when i pick it up is sound like its burping or gargling coming from its mouth.

You didn't read the instructions. I have no background here from you on what you are doing with this animal. Best I can tell you is that it sounds like RI and you need to see a vet. You aren't going to cure this on your own without proper meds, and RI has a high mortality in snakes.
