UVA/UVB Lighs for Water Dragons

Hi there,
me and my partner just got a Chinese Water Dragon (Yoshi!)
we have the UVA/UVB lights for him but not sure on how long
you leave these lights on for?
can you please tell me how long you leave these lights on
for him?

Hello Krystal,

What type & brand of UVB light did you get?  Is it a flourescent tube bulb or a compact or coil light?  
The light cycle needs to be around 12 hours & the night time cycle should be around 12 hours.  Most people do 12 hours on & 12 hours off.  They need it dark at night to sleep better.
