Can you put a 1 1/2 inch spiny soft shell turtle with a 6 inch red eared slider?

Hello Justin, You can not and never should mix any species of reptiles. Turtles are solitary animals and do not like to live in groups. They have different care needs and require different temperatures and food items. It is not advised as well because they can be very territorial and have been known to fight to the death. Especially if they are males. Not to mention the size difference alone. The RES turtle could eat the Soft Shell. Its just not advised what so ever.
