Can you tell me what type of setup you have?  Are you using a UVB light?  If so, what type & brand do you use, a flourescent tube bulb or a compact or coil light?  
What type of basking light are you using, a bright white light or a colored light?
What are the basking temps in the tank?
Do you supplement calcium & if so how often?  What types of foods do you feed him?
What do his eyes look like?
