ANSWER: I can't what's wrong with what you've told me.  SO I have some questions for you:

1. How old/what size is this dragon.

2. Has it eaten at all for you.

3. What's your cage like?  Lighting, heat,etc.

QUESTION: its a new born.........it has eatin crickets and mustard greens for me but never in large amounts...........its a  15 gall. tank with 2 dishes for food and water that look likes rocksi ave a heating bulb inside a reptile light the same one i use for my snakes....which makes the one part i keep from 90 to 100 varying going up and down in between those 2 temps and the rest of the cage is at 80....and at night i lower down to about 65 to 70in the whole cage does that help??? he is only a few inches long a ver y small guy very small maybe 7 inches i would say

Answer
Ok, here's what I can tell you... Healthy baby beardies will eat 2-4 times per day.  AT 4-5 inches 2 days w/o food is BAD.  Have dad contact the person he bought it from and ask them for help.  As to your cage, beardies need lights which give off UVB (not just heat or light but specifically UVB) make sure you are providing that.
