My baby dragons!!

Question
My baby bearded dragons were living together, one of the bearded dragons in there had a bruise that covered nearly it's whole little head! What do I do? She's not eating, she's just laying in a separate cage, she has a plate of water and stuff to eat!
What do I do???

There would be a significant size difference I am presuming to get that type of injury.  That being said I would honestly get her to a vet ASAP as there is really nothing you can do as their are too many possible injuries internally and she will need to be examined by a qualified reptile vet.
