Lump in Neck??

Hello! I was wondering, my rabbit seems to be developing a "lump" in its neck. Now, its not like a hard lump or anything, it looks like it is just growing some extra skin there...like a fat chin kind of. Like I said, its not hard, but its gotten pretty large in the past ...week or so. It started out small like the size of a dime, now its prob. about a fifty cent piece...I am worried, is there something wrong? Thanks for your help!

You don't say where on the neck, back or front?

If it's the front, kind of like a double chin, and your rabbit is either a girl or kind of plump, then this would be normal.

Girl rabbits often get these, they are called dewlaps.

If it's on the back, then you'd want to get it checked out by a vet to make sure there isn't anything wrong.
